"May in the coming years a party rally occur at which five times as many people march,
even if their sacrifice is still greater than ever before!"~ Hitler
Nuremberg Rallies
The Nuremberg Rallies were any massive Nazi rallies in Nurnberg, Bavaria. The rallies were held annually and were primarily for propaganda so the German public would have more party enthusiasm and to show how powerful National Socialism is to the whole world. The first grand-scale rally was in 1929 when the rally had stirring martial banners, goose-step marches, Wagnerian overtures, bonfires, and firework displays. Joseph Goebbels spoke at many of the rallies giving inspirational advice to Germans and the Nazi Party (Dominic Haugh). These rallies brought enthusiasm to the Nazi Party and reinforced Hitler's power.
